[OHPV-list] A trial ride and info Please

I am new to recumbents but I love how they look and I have heard alot about them so I want to buy one and also build one.  Does any one have an up right tad pole and/or a up right with the 2 wheels in abck.  I have never roade one so I would like to try one to see which one I like the most.  I am also currently drawing up plans to build an up right tad pole basically because I cant seem to figure out how to work the axel in back.  So here the other part of my submission is there any out there who weld it up for me I am planning on using 1" square tubing.  Itwont be lite but I think thats the only materail I can afford with out saving up for 10 years.  Or even better teach me to weld so I can do it myself which ever one you think is best.  Where in the Salem area could i buy the 1"square tubing and finde multi geared bike to strip down.
