JENNINGS LODGE -- You can't miss Laura Minor cruising down Southeast River
Road at 7:30 in the morning or 4:30 in the afternoon. She's the laid-back
cyclist, usually outfitted in a bright orange and yellow nylon body sock,
pedaling a long, strange-looking bike.
