I've seen some talk about this on the OBRA list, but there's no mention on
the PortlandCycling.net calendar
(http://www.portlandcycling.net/calendar/index.asp). Anyone want to bug
Jonathan about an article?

FWIW: The 17th is also Bike to Work day:
