[OHPV-list] New HPV trike builder in town

I was in the shop last week and saw the trike in person (before Sacha left for the Handcrafted Bicycle Show). The pictures do not do the bike justice! Our own Pat Franz helped with the "Phil" logo on the rear wheels as well. Absolutely beautiful!
