Sprockettes/Derailleurs/OHPVers and other Cyclepaths,

For those of you who've told me my Accelerade tastes like "boiled wool socks" (and I personally want to know WHO among you is DRINKING that concoction of sock-soup... hmmmm????), there is HOPE in abundance at a 7/11 Near YOU...heck, there might even be salvation at the Dairy Queen in this...

>From my good buddy of Slug Velo fame, Michael Rasmussen comes this Bit O' Cheery news....

I can now refer to my hydration bladder as my hydration udder... is there a Team Bag Balm joke in this somewhere? Methinks so. Smile, take a swig and Just Say "Moo"!

Ferget Gatorade and Endurox. Stock up on Chocolate Milk.
Available at convenience stores and fast food places everywhere.

Get milk -- chocolate flavor -- and get better.

That's the ad slogan UPMC sports nutritionist Leslie Bonci suggests the
American Dairy Council ought to be pitching to energy-depleted, hard-training
athletes.

Recent research has shown that the drink is as good or better than products
like Gatorade and Endurox R4 when it comes to replacing fluids and
carbohydrates.
