[OHPV-list] OHPV Meeting

This months OHPV meeting will be pushed back 2 days so we can join the 
Bacchetta guys at Coventry Cycle.  This will be more of a get together and 
"Good Luck" to any RAO participates.  If there are any OHPV matters that 
need to be dwelt with, we can walk across the street to the pizza place and 
have an actual meeting there.
