[OHPV-list] Sunday Driving?

Hi OHPV'ers!

I've been chatting with Jonathan Maus over at www.bikeportland.org (which 
a great local cycling site, you should check it out!).  He's a swell guy 
and does a lot for the bike community here in Portland.  In the course of 
our conversations he's expressed an interest in trying out recumbents. 
He's a tall guy like me, so I thought I'd loan him my Tour Easy for a ride 
sometime.  Well, it's supposed to be nice this Sunday, and I'm itching to 
get out and do some pedalling.  Would anyone care to join us for a jaunt 
around East Portland?  I was thinking of doing something similar to Jeff's 
RARE ride, out to Troutdale and back on Marine Drive.  I know we've all 
done it a kajillion times, but it's got lots of bike paths, which is a 
good thing for someone who is just getting his bent legs.  We could think 
about going on up to Crown Point if the weather cooperates and everyone is 
feeling good.  What d'ya say?  If it sounds good, let's plan to meet up at 
Gateway at 9 am, and shoot for a departure of 9:30 RST (recumbent standard 
time).
