[OHPV-list] OK to Post "bike part" deals?

Just want to make sure I don't do anything that's outside the bounds of OHPV umm protocol?

I have a recumbent friend who started a bike parts business.  Is it okay to post that here with a message about a possible discount?

Who ever is the Grand Decider, let me know.
