And we thought things got cold at Jack Frost Time Trials in Vancouver,
Washington  -  check out the ice races in Minnesota

Well, Lance didn't show up. Not even our Lance, who usually does come to
these things (I think he might be in Texas with his bike). 

The postponement cost us several of our regular participants (and kept me
from bringing a Cab-Bike, since my husband had to be in Washington, D.C.,
and it takes two people to put it on a trailer). 

The ice was crusty, so only one person bothered to bring a bladed ice-bike
this year. About half of us were on trikes. The top speeds were by uprights
this year.
