[OHPV-list] Probable change to Fourth annual Vernonia Loop on Sunday, Sept 3rd

Thanks for the link, Keith. Actually, the starting point I have in
mind is the Beaver Creek Trailhead on the map you found. The problem
at the Tophill location is the steep gravel stretch leading up from
the highway crossing to the trail proper. While it can be used, it is
better suited to mountain bikes than recumbents.

As you can see, Beaver Creek is only a little over four miles out of
Vernonia. There are a couple of other places you can work your way
onto the paved trail, but I am looking at the official trailhead
options. If you want more miles, we could always add a loop out to the
end of the pavement or out toward Timber Junction to look at the hole
where there used to be a bridge......
