---------------------------------
Anyone up for a ride tomorrow? I'd love some company
and a destination and most of you know the pace I ride
at. Maybe a copy of Jeff's Troutdale General Store
ride? Something at least 40 miles is what I have in
mind. Westside or Eastside, matters not...or
Washington.
I'm planning to the the RACC full century the
following weekend and am wanting miles. I've done the
full century the past 3 years, but never on a
recumbent - am dreading Felida and Bernie, but at
least I know they're there... lingering and wanting to
suck my lungs flat at the 95 mile mark (or
thereabouts).
Also... after doing RACC I plan to do the "Pretty
Dress Ride' the following day... got the dress - on a
highracer... w/pink satin strapless "prom" dress w/big
bow on chest, short skirt AND foofy petty-coat, fancy
"bloomers", cheap "pearls", feather boa, fishnet
stockings... we're talking serious roadie-garb
here!!! Ha! Ha! Hope others will partake in the
silliness; it looked like a hoot and ya'll know I'm up
for FUN and silliness - I'll need it after my first
century of the season the day before.
Come out and play if you can! : -)
