I enjoyed the foam body velocycle story, the goal of a 40 lb enclosed
(streetable) hpv is not too hard, we made several using our ABS body shell
and an frp belly pan. If enough riders were interested, we could do it
again...a basic chassis and body shell kit could sell for about $1000. and
weigh no more than 60 lbs...

Even attaching one of our tinted canopies to a trike or recumbent bike
would make commuting less and ordeal in wet/cold weather....
