[OHPV-list] Jack Frost practice day & Fwd: Vancouver Lake Half Marathon

This is looking ahead a little bit, but it's never too early to start
thinking about the Jack Frost Time Trial!  I haven't seen it on the OBRA
schedule yet, but the race will probably be on Saturday, February 18th
next year. Mike Viles wanted to avoid any issues like they had last
January.

Hi Jeff,
The Clark County Running Club's Vancouver Lake Half Marathon is scheduled
for Sunday January 22.  Can you pass the word on to those you know who
might be practicing for the Jack Frost time trials and request that they
avoid Lower River Road between 10 AM and noon that day.  Let me know if
you have any questions.
