[OHPV-list] HPV presentation at Explorer Post next week

We are planning to enhance this year's first meeting of the High
Technology Explorer Post at Intel in Hillsboro next Wednesday evening,
Oct 19th. The featured guests at the meeting will be the electric car
group, where several members plan to show their battery powered cars.

It occurred to me that, given the increasingly severe problems with
energy availability, the presentation could be enhanced by adding some
human powered vehicles. I am planning to bring my socked Fold Rush and
Marilyn said she can bring her Bacchetta Aero. Would any one else like
to show off another type of HPV?

The meeting is at 7 pm at Intel's Jones Farm campus at the NW corner
of the Hillsboro airport. We will be meeting the electric car folks
outside the JF3 entrance. If there is significant rain, the HPVs are
excused and need not show up.
