[OHPV-list] New streamliner in town (maybe?)

Hi, all-

I've been chatting with a student from WSU Vancouver who's planning on
building an entry for the Society of Mechanical Engineers HPV races next
year. Here's what it looked like a couple years back:

Anyhoo- I've been encouraging him to come up with some ideas so I can tell
him who's built it already... you know I'm good at that ;-) .  So far he's
got a FWD lowracer with a full fairing that looks very similar to  the
various Varnas we've built, so he may be on the right track.

Would anyone object to my inviting him to the next OHPV meeting (next
Tuesday) so he could meet some people? I'm sure he'd like to meet some real,
live streamliner builders. Lonnie and Todd, if you guys could bring your
Varnas to the meeting I'm sure he'd be encouraged even more. Pretty please?
