Score 1 for the Peach and zero for me. Old Roxy...my Quest velomobiel...finally let me down, or was it the other way around? Anyway...I had a grand total of about 80 miles of driving, not riding, and 13 miles of riding! (I made Todd promise not to reveal how inept I was at changing tires in the rain as, with all the practice I had at it Sunday, you'd of thought I would have done a better job).
Let's see...1 rear flat in the first 5 miles. 1 right front flat by mile 6. Four changes of tires(at least twice for each flat), and a Morph pump that leaked and wouldn't pump up even a balloon. So...at mile number 6, an hour into the ride, two flats, no more spares(I don't like to patch in the rain), a pump that doesn't work, and with the most rain resistant bike on the planet...calling it quits. I'd still be out there tonight if it's wasn't for Todd saving my neck. Twice! I truly owe you one!
I used to think it was ridiculous to carry two pumps the way Zach does. I mean...come on...two pumps? It's time to eat some humble pie. I need to learn from the master himself. You were right, Zach :)
