[OHPV-list] OHPV Treasurer stepping down

Hello all,

Just wanted to announce that after 3+ years as OHPV Treasurer, I will be resigning effective with the New Year.  I am hoping that Edna van Gundy will be interested in adding these duties to her Secretary duties - in that combining these roles may make sense for OHPV.  Indeed, it is not uncommon for one person to be Sec'y/Treasurer of an organization.  

We do need to have a minimum of [3] officers on record to maintain our non-profit status with the State.  I don't really know what our By-Laws say [anyone know where they are??], but we have been holding elections at the annual Holiday Party.  I don't recall any term periods, nor term limits ... though it would be nice for people to have an opportunity to step up.

The officers are:

President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer

Other volunteer roles:

Webmaster
Librarian


I will also be collecting dues for 2006 [$15.] so please consider this if you are attending the party.  If not, the address below works for sending a check ... though a new address will be applicable with a new Treasurer in 2006.
