[OHPV-list] Tips for HPV builders

Somewhere in the last couple days there was a discussion about helping the
local colleges build HPVs for the ASME races. Part of it revolved around
what we could do to give the college kids a leg up on the competition.
Oddly enough, there's been a similar discussion happening on the
recumbents.com forum. I think George Leone's comments really go to the
heart of the whole issue:
