Do you need to know by bike or by car?  And just to verify - do you mean
82nd & SE King Road?

 

If by bike, least complicated is to take I-205 bike path to Marine Drive,
turn left (west) follow signs to Delta Park area, just before I-5 turn left,
under overpass, into Delta Park, follow road past all the ball fields,
straight to stop sign.  (at gas station) turn right, go under freeway, then
turn right again, then just past the park & ride, turn left then left again
into PIR.   And I'm not positive, but should be about 15-20 miles one way.

 

By car, take I-205 north, to I-84 west, to I-5 north.  Take Delta Park exit
(306-B).  At stop sign, turn left.  Then turn right and just past park &
ride, turn left then left again into PIR.  Probably about same mileage?

I'm not exactly sure how to get to Portland International Raceway from 82nd
and King.  I hope someone else on the list has better information than I do.
I do know that PIR is at exit 306-B on I-5.  They have directions on their
web site http://www.portlandraceway.com/location.asp
