I'd call it roughly 20 miles. From 82nd & King, I'd do this:
North on I-205 bike path
West on Springwater Corridor bike path
North on Oaks Bottom/OMSI/Eastside Esplanade bike path
North on Interstate Ave. (bike lanes all the way)
Interstate Ave passes right by PIR. Just come in the front gate.
