Thanks. Those are the only two sites I've been able to find.  The one with 
the uk location is by a guy from Texas and if you click through the picture 
he sells the plans for $25.....or was whenever that was current.  The UK 
site is the pic of a guy over there who used the plans and built one. Raced 
it I think on about a four hour race and averaged about 21 mph.  The bike 
weighed just over 30 lbs.
