[OHPV-list] Recumbent Governing Body Worldwide?

Hey Joe,

Its amazing to me that the two recumbent entities do not agree,   I like the European system of no class's, just don't see how you can have class's that complete on a level field unless everyone is on the same bike and that seems ridiculous.

And USA and Worldwide are just titles without too much meaning.  You can organize a race and call it the World Championship if you want.  Hmmmmmm.....
