The guy in the white Mercedes was my brother Kip, he was on a trip to Custer's battle field with his daughter when he came across the six warriors by chance.  Wonder what the odds of that are?

  Hi folks.  I talked to Lonnie today (Capt Dink or Tha_Capt), and Todd too.  The Warriors are now in Lander, Wyoming and having a great time.  They will start over the Tetons, tomorrow.  They say hello to all.  They have updated the site again, too.  I think Jeff's email a couple hours ago has a link.

   

  Lonnie has a request.  Apparently a couple days ago, someone in a white Mercedes, from Salem Oregon, stopped Todd asking where Lonnie was, and asking what in the world they were doing in Colorado.  He did not know about the tour.  Lonnie was a mile or so up the road (Todd was at the back of the group).  The man did not have time to go find Lonnie, (he was driving in the opposite direction) so told Todd to say hello, and away he drove.  But he didn't tell Todd his name, and Lonnie has no idea who this man was.   He was probably mid 50's, white hair, was thrilled to see Easy Racer bents on tour, lives in Salem, Oregon and drives a white Mercedes.  That's all they could tell me.  He must not be part of the OHPV email list, or he would have known about the TransAm Tour?  

   

  Does anyone know who this might have been?  It is driving them all nuts trying to figure it out.  If you know who, and you have Lonnie's cell phone number, go ahead and give him a call and let him know.  If you don't have his number, let us know by email, and  we'll get him the message.
