Craig Vetter is a famous American fairing designer who designed the fairing
for my safercycle. He is selling fairing kits again; this time for
improving fuel economy of small motorcyles and scooters. See
http://www.craigvetter.com/pages/470MPG/high%20mileage%20fairing.html

"Construction: Base white gel coat; one layer of 2 oz. mat, one layer
aircraft cloth, polyester laminating resin. My supplier makes his living
making airplane components.

Total weight: 32 pounds (weight includes the extra flashing left on for
convenient shipping)

Cost: $1312.00 FOB Salinas, California

This is a kit. Like a big model airplane. You should have experience with
fibreglass or have a friend who is experienced. Sale is final. No returns.
It would be better for us both to exchange e-mails first regarding the
suitability of purchasing this. This is why there is no "Click here to buy"
button."
-----------------------

If I were ready to make a Dove mockup or demo model I think this kit would
be a good starting point. Note shape similarity to Doug Malewicki's
SkyTran. Doug also participated in the Vetter Fuel Economy Run in the
1980s. It may be too heavy for a human-powered racer but is a great start
for a battery bike or 125-250 cc gas-powered bike.
