HPC Social Events

For those that have attended the HPC in the past, they surely would include in their description of the event that every moment, racing or hanging out on the infield, is one major "Social Event." A non-stop yak fest encompassing topics from "it's about the bike" to "it's not about the bike." Pretty much covers everything, yes?

However, we do have two semi-informal social gatherings that are held outside the track premises which are tremendously fun. On Saturday night (May 25), we have the OHPV/HPC Party at TerraCycle and StitesDesign, who have served as hosts for the event for several years. Munchies and libations flow as generously as the conversations, which can be more spicy than the chow! And on Sunday night (May 26) we have been fortunate to have as a sponsor, Bortolami's, a bicycle oriented pizza restaurant, that is completely over the top in its bike themed ambience. The Sunday gathering is a "post weekend" of racing celebration, regaling the events and drama of the weekend. Of course you can head over to Bortolami's anytime during the weekend and relax in the festive atmosphere that visually surrounds you, while enjoying the discount offered to our HPV clan. Great food, cool digs, convenient nearby location, and at a reduced price, how can you beat it?!

TerraCycle's Open House

OPEN HOUSE SATURDAY NIGHT MAY 25, 2008 — ALL INVITED  

Pat Franz of TerraCycle, Inc. and Bill Stites of StitesDesign invite all racers, helpers, general HPV nuts, their families, and friends to an Open House Saturday night after the races.  Come and enjoy the fun, meet new friends, check out the shop, and talk bikes. See first hand the inner workings of the TerraCycle/ Stites Design's shop.
